Frank LaPierre
Intelligence SME

Frank LaPierre is a senior ISR executive with over 40 years of joint military and Intelligence Community experience. He served as a career Air Force intelligence officer, specializing in Joint Targeting, Imagery Systems and Analysis, and Collection Management. He served as a professor and instructor for the Joint Forces Intelligence School and authored a joint targeting textbook. He has joint military intelligence, targeting, weaponeering vulnerability analysis, and contingency planning expertise. His targeting experience includes strategic, theater, and tactical level planning for both conventional and nuclear contingencies. He is a combat experienced operator and joint trainer with OPLAN experience with special emphasis on combat assessment architecture and training. Frank was a plankowner of the 480th ISR Wing, serving as the lead strategic planner for stand up and the operations division until his retirement. He holds a BS degree from Bridgewater State University, an MA in Military History from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, and an MS in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College.

Josh Barnett
Cybersecurity SME

Josh Barnett is a senior cybersecurity executive with 20 years of government and contractor experience. His areas of expertise including cybersecurity engineering, compliance, assessment and authorization, information assurance, and computer network defense. He is a former U.S. Navy cybersecurity compliance manager and operational leader. He has spent his career managing security compliance and accreditation teams for DIA, Army G-2 DAMI-IM, FBI, NCIS, and NCDOC. He deployed to Afghanistan and led a team of cyber professionals in a regional network operations security center. He is responsible for developing Validator in a Box (ViBE), a NIST RMF A&A automated solution. He holds a BS in Computer and Information Systems Security. He holds a CISSP certification and has served as a Navy Qualified Validator III.
